Is my pet safe while you're visiting?

What happens during a typical visit?

Absolutely. Safety is our priority. We are fully insured, have enhanced DBS checks and experienced. We ensure doors are secured and potential hazards are checked during every visit.

Each visit includes fresh food and water, for cats and small animals, litter box and cage cleaning, playing or grooming, and a quick health check. We also send you a photo update!

How should I prepare for your visit?

Can you administer medication?

Please ensure we have a set of keys and that food, litter, and cleaning supplies are easily accessible. We'll discuss emergency contacts during our meet-and-greet.

Yes, we are experienced in administering oral medications and certain treatments. We'll go over your pet's specific medical needs in detail beforehand.
